factor Field

A value that indicates how long to draw the major tick marks as a factor of the default length of the minor tick marks.

Type: Number

Default: 2

Remarks

A setting of 2 renders them twice as long as the minor tick marks.
A setting of 1 renders them the same length as the minor tick marks.
A setting of .5 renders them half the length of the minor tick marks.
A setting of 2.5 renders them two and a half times as long as the minor tick marks.
